Who we are
Founded in the late 60’s by a group passionate to Celebrate Jesus, and determined to share the Good News, Christ the King Lutheran Church was born in Natchitoches, Louisiana and exists as a member of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. Destined to be a Mission Church, outreach efforts continue today, aimed to reach the lost and yearning, bringing Hope and Joy to the city. New families and College Students alike are especially encouraged to explore the Gospel with us here.
We are currently in the Call Process, awaiting a new pastoral assignment from the LCMS seminaries. During this time of transition, Pastor Sig Kunz (traveling from Bossier), leads our worship on the First and Second Sundays each month. On the Third and Fourth (and Fifth) Sunday, our services are led by Elders, and do not contain the Distribution of the Sacraments.
All Sunday Services start at 10:15 am, early arrival is welcome.
At this time, the 9:15 bible study hour is on pause. Interested in resuming? Leave us a message in the contact form below.
